I couldn’t agree more, I think there are many autistic adults who are undiagnosed and are a big part of diverse workspaces. There are probably more undiagnosed autistic people than there are diagnosed with autism and so these stats are limited and don’t always show the big picture.
I think that’s one of the reason I’ve wrote this article, as much of the research and publications do not account for many autistic working people.
