I’m so sorry to hear you’re in recovery for two eating disorders. I take your feedback on board and will include a trigger warning next time. I think that having some focus on healthier eating and exercise is important for all people autistic and allistic- and I’ve found that when I’m eating some form of protein and veggies- I tend to feel better and it helps to regulate me in terms of spoons. But everyone will have different co-morbidities and different conditions that can affect our ability to do so 🫶🏽
